How to read club schedule codes

The source contact list often packs frequency, day, time, and a location code into the club name. These translations are helpful, but some schedule codes may still need confirmation from the club leader.

QF@6PM-CO

Recurring Friday at 6:00 PM, with CO as the source location code.

2TU@10AM-LP

Second Tuesday at 10:00 AM, with LP as the source location code.

1&3W@1PM-EZ

First and third Wednesday at 1:00 PM, with EZ as the source location code.

Frequency

A leading number often means the week of the month. Q usually means the club meets on a recurring schedule. Please confirm with the club leader before attending.

Day

M is Monday, TU is Tuesday, W is Wednesday, TH is Thursday, F is Friday, SA is Saturday, and SU is Sunday.

Location

Letters after the dash are source location codes. Public pages also show the readable recreation center or location when the import row includes it.

Important caveat

Always confirm unusual schedule codes

Confirm unusual schedules

TV Clubs translates common patterns, but the official listing can include abbreviations that need leader confirmation.

Location codes are not always enough

Some official listings include short codes while the club details include a clearer recreation center or room detail.

Use the readable details first

Club pages show readable schedule text first and keep the original schedule listing as secondary detail.

Use schedule as one clue

Search by interest first, then use meeting day and location to find clubs that fit your routine.
